Home Protection Plan Residential effective date is immediately after Merytex Home Service Company has received proper payment or unless otherwise agreed to by Merytex Home Service Company. Expiration date is one (1) year from coverage effective date, unless renewed. An operational pre-inspection may be required. $360/year

Condo Protection Plan includes Home Protection Plan coverage, for parts and services included in the Condo Protection Plans, you are protected from all labor and part replacement costs, up to the limits described in the terms and conditions of the agreement, excludes common equipment and elements. $330/year
