How do I make a claim?

Call us at 1-888-MERYTEX(637-9839) or click on Service Request to submit a request on-line.
Upon receiving a request for service, MERYTEX will advise the certified contractor.  The contractor will contact you during normal business hours, with a maximum response time of 24 hours to set up an appointment for service, including weekends and holidays.

I have an older home. Will I have to pay more for a service contract?
